I'm a 22 year old male who just graduated and will be working for Amazon. I'm looking for someone to sign a lease with on a 2-bedroom apartment in the Via6 apartment complex.

It has a VERY nice gym and common areas as well as a parking garage. All the apartments have luxury appliances and balconies. Shared bathroom and living room. Rent would be about $1500 each. I do not have the lease yet, need to find a roommate to sign with.
I'm clean and responsible. I'll probably have small parties on Fridays/Saturdays occasionally. If you don't want people in our apartment the common areas are so nice that I can just host people there.
