Nick F - $1,750/month

I am an incoming sophomore transfer student who will be attending the Stern School of Business as a Business and Economics major this fall. I am looking for a room and roommate for the semester, and I am pretty flexible with location/price, provided that I can make the commute to all of my classes in 30 minutes or less. My only roommate restrictions are that you can't have a cat, and if you're okay with people visiting from time to time I am pretty loose with who I can live with.
