Hi! I work a hybrid schedule and when I'm not working I like to stay busy with volleyball, hiking, the beach, or learning something new and taking a class. I'm also into baking and occasionally binging a new TV series. I keep shared spaces clean and tidy but I'm not uptight about it. I like my home to be a mellow space I can enjoy being in and sharing.

I've got a room available in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Manhattan Beach. The apartment is just a block from the water with ocean views and a great balcony. The bathroom is shared but it has a double sink so we each have our own space. There's garage parking, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas stove, and the open room has a sliding double mirrored closet. Utilities are split, usually around $60 a month each. It's pretty quiet with good vibes, nice sunlight, and I have a lot of plants around.
