Furnished quiet beautiful 3 bedroom home with 1 bedroom available. All the bedrooms are on one side of the house so I am looking for roommates who understand how to live with other people who are not your family. Being considerate and quiet should come naturally to you. When I have moved into places where there were already roommates I was respectful of the flow they had created and looked for ways to contribute to the operation of the household. Awesome roommates only. Please have at least 3 references and a great job that you love but don't bring home. Rent is $975 bills included. $600 deposit .Furnished room. Plenty of cabinet space and some of the dishes are available to share. The pool in the beautiful backyard saved me this summer! The home is next to an empty lot contributing to even more quiet, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, 2 fridges, w/d, 1 bathroom will be shared. Introverts and quiet activities only, TVs in bedrooms, music, phone calls, etc. on headphones or earbuds so the house is perfect for meditation, reading, quiet conversation.

I work from home so I'm only accepting applications from people who work outside the home most of the time.. No pets. Close to HEB and HEB plus! 10 minutes to Mueller Close to both downtown and north Austin. Great central location!

Prefer to have women as roommates. No smoking nor drugs of any kind. I really would rather live with people who eat healthily and work out because healthy people are usually happy for real! Even better if you also have a meditation practice, are into gardening, are not "woke" but understand that life is a continuous process of awakening, Are grateful and look for ways to show appreciation for the little things.
