Adonis C - $900/month

I would be out most of the day, as I do have work from 2-7 and then again later in the day with class directly after, but when I am home I do like to indulge in my hobbies and loaf around, I do want to play games whether that be MTG or something digital like Minecraft or Mario Kart or whatever :) I also want to get out more to skate or go to raves and bars and stuff as I’ve never been and would love to :) I don’t mind noise or company as long as I get to sleep with my fan and thunder storms lol. I am not particular about who comes over either as long as they don’t bring anything illegal (hard drugs really) around the house. That being said, a deal breaker for me is anything including hard drugs or people that are irresponsible with firearms. Really anything where police are involved as I don’t like them a whole lot either. I do like routine so there is a day I would like to reserve to clean and do laundry. I don’t mind crowds/parties or get togethers as long as there is a notice on when it will be happening, and things don’t get too out of control on a day I need to get to bed early. I also may seem very standoffish at times but that is just my RBF i swear I am not upset 99% of the time. I don’t have animals but do not mind if anyone else does, I love me a good cat or ferret or two roaming around, I would love to help care for the little thing if need be. I will say I do cook, but only very specific meal prep foods so if there are any dishes you’d like me to cook for all/both of us it might not be best the first time around… Also one last thing, do not even consider looking my way if you in anyway are homophobic, transphobic, anti-lgbtq+, racist, or anything of the like. I love my queer folk and have many queer friends, and will not live with someone who disrespects my/our community.
