Graduating from my masters program from the University of Michigan and I'm looking to move and find 1 (or 2) roommate(s) to move into NYC in the last week of July, starting my job on the 4th of Aug.

Working in Manhattan on the edge of Chelsea and West Village, looking to live within a 45-minute or less commute. No super big preference on neighborhood.

I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate.

I am allergic to pet hair, so please no pets (sorry).

About me,

I am going to be working at an engineering startup company where normally on Mondays and Fridays, I'll work from home.

I am an extroverted introvert. I like to have my alone time but very much want to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. I've never lived in NYC before, so I want to explore and go out with a roommate/friends. Want to see the festivals of the city, cultural events, museums, baseball games, etc. I also like gaming/board games and like having nights in with friends, or just chilling alone watching a movie.

I like doing things outdoors as well, so a place closer to a park/a walking/running path would be great.
