I am very easy going but I don’t want a party animal to move in! I go the gym after work most days and then eat dinner and chill. What I want most is for new roommates to Pay rent and bills on time and keep the common areas clean. I work M-F 9-5 but I may have to work some weekends. I’m in bed pretty early and up by 7 am or earlier. I watch movies and sports mainly in my room. Your room is your business please be respectful and I will do the same.
I have another room available too if a couple or business professional wants to use that for an office or storage. I would be willing to pay a more for that. Let me know
