I’m a 25yo currently on medical disability, with a return to schooling in 2026. I’m respectful, and I keep to myself. I have a large, fancy showerhead I bring with me because I did not pay $75 for my landlord to keep it. I’m a good cook, and I will happily cook for the household. Due to disability, I have guaranteed income. I enjoy having a friend over now and then, but I don’t party. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke, though I do vape. Any weed consumption is done outside. I’m a gay man, and I would prefer a roommate who is as sex positve as I am, rather than a prude. I do have a tendency to stay up late, though I try to stay quiet
