Hello! I am starting a lease this coming week in South Salem and am looking for a roommate by march 1st. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath updated unit in a quadplex managed by crown property. It has a backyard space that is not fully secured. There is a dishwasher and I am actively looking for a used washer and dryer. There is access to a one car garage. I am moving from an apt so i will be bringing kitchen supplies, a couch, rug, microwave, etc that I am fine with sharing. Rent total is 1,595 + electric, WiFi and garbage. The lease is a 6 month then it will transfer to month to month. I am 23, work full time and am fairly quiet and organized! I have a 7 year old low energy, well mannered dog. I occasionally have friends over that have dogs as well but they are all well behaved! In my free time I love to hike and be outside with my dog.
