Or I may be hanging out with my roommate that lives with me currently. I like to greet and give a hello whenever, and I always try to help out whenever I can.

Renting out a fully furnished room 7 miles outside the downtown Sanford area. Located near the Lake Mary / Heathrow area. The home is located on about 5 acres of private property with scenic views in a private community, you will feel like you are out in the country while not being far from essential locations for grocery shopping, business, or recreation.
The room is a Master 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom with a walk-in closet, and personal exterior door leading out onto the front patio for your own personal access. Spacious front yard for parking for personal vehicles and other equipment. You will have your own Queen size bed, dresser, 40in Smart TV in your room along with access to the AT&T 1Gb Fiber (Gigabit) Unlimited Internet. We have sheets, blankets and pillows already, but if you have your own you are more than welcome to use those.
Inside you will have access to the common areas, washer + dryer, and kitchen. You will also have access to your own refrigerator and freezer in the dining area/kitchen to stock to your liking. There are many amenities in the kitchen for cooking.
The property is roughly 7 miles west of Downtown Sanford past I-4 near SR-46. Nearby within 2 miles is a Publix Supermarket. Walmart, Aldis, and many other stores are within 5-10 minutes from that.
You can smoke cigarettes outside of the home, and vape inside the home.
There is a high likelihood of encountering wildlife within the neighborhood and on property. Commonly you will see gopher tortoises, deer, rabbits, toads, turkeys, sandhill cranes, foxes, armadillos, raccoons, and the occasional black bears.
I am renting out for one person only. You are welcome to come look at the room and property if you are very interested, and then do a background check. First and last month's rent will be required, but no security deposit. All Utilities are covered.
