Looking for a housemate for a shared townhouse in Sunnyvale

Hello,

I'm a young professional male in a local tech company looking for a housemate (single person, no pets!) to move in September 1st. You'd be signing a month-to-month lease but I prefer someone that can commit for a year. Currently, the distribution is that my housemate has the master bedroom (with balcony and walk-in closet) and the bathroom downstairs while I have the other two bedrooms (one as an office) and the bathroom upstairs. I am hoping to keep the same distribution with the next housemate. Regarding parking, you'd have the parking spot in front of the house while I'll continue parking in a garage around the corner. The rent is $1497.5/month + utilities (around $80/per person for internet and PGE) for the master bedroom + private bathroom + parking spot. We'd be sharing the kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio equally.

Additionally, there are 3 common swimming pools and 1 hot tub available for residents.
