Kyle B - $1,800/month

Hi Everyone,

I’m Kyle.

I’m looking for someone who would be a good match to share a place with for a little while. I am looking to split a 2 bed 2 bath somewhere biking distance to Bay/College (so most the city). My budget is 2k but ideal is probably $1500-1700. Should be able to find something solid for $3400 (even at current market conditions). I like apartment layouts where the two bedrooms of the apartment are separated by the kitchen/living room; makes the place more shareable but open to plenty. I have been checking out buildings for a while and know some nice ones and know the neighbourhoods of the city quite well.

I am from Ontario. Timmins originally but mainly Toronto, Ottawa and some time abroad. I work full time for the provincial government. I am in the office 3 days a week, wfm the other two. I enjoy a good walk after work and head out around the city on weekends or sometimes to Ottawa to see fam. I like reading, travel and going out to eat.

I am good at keeping common spaces clean and tidy and being respectful of other people’s space. I have lived in a lot of roommate situations; and they have always went really well.
