Hey all! We’re looking for a third roommate to move into a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria starting 9/1.
About Us:
• 30F (me) & 28F (my current roommate)
• We’re clean, respectful, and easygoing. We value good communication and a chill, quiet atmosphere. No big parties, but we’re social and love the occasional hangout.
• The apartment is bright and has tons of storage space.
The Apartment:
• Rent: $1,100/month (could go up slightly with the new lease)
• Utilities: WiFi + electric usually around $50-$80/month.
• Space: 3 bedrooms, a sit-in kitchen, and 2 living areas ... plenty of room to spread out!
• Landlords are great! Super responsive and quick to help with any issues that come up.
Location:
• Just 5 mins from the N/W train. Easy access to Manhattan.
• 10-minute walk to Astoria Park , perfect for running, relaxing, or outdoor activities.
• Tons of great bars and restaurants nearby!
What We're Looking For:
• Ideally, someone around our age (late 20s/early 30s)
• Quiet, clean, respectful, and communicative
• A responsible roommate who will pay rent on time and keep things respectful.
