I am pretty outgoing and easy to get a long with. I like yoga, hiking, swimming, biking, and happy hours! I work typical 8 am to 5 pm hours at an architecture firm. I like to keep my place clean.

I live in a two story townhouse that is roughly 1700 SF with a 1/2 bath downstairs and two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The room for rent is large like a master suite with your own bathroom and a closet. There is a garage but it really only fits one car comfortably. There is space to store stuff in the garage and parking spaces are located just outside the unit.
