Hey, I’m Jeremy — 26, moving from Calgary to Vancouver for September 1st.
I’m looking for a roommate to find a 2 bed / 2 bath in the $3200–$3800 range, ideally around Downtown, Mount Pleasant, or Cambie Village.

I’ve been working in real estate for the past 7 years — full-time with steady income. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty laid-back overall. I cook a lot (and usually share), work long hours, and spend most of my free time golfing or playing tennis. I like going out occasionally, but I’m not much of a partier. No pets, but I’m good living with them.

Looking to team up with someone who's responsible, easygoing, and also keeps things tidy.
