Own private bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet in the room. I would be willing to get a dresser if desired. Own private 3/4 bathroom on the opposite side of the house (shower and toilet). The rest of the house would be shared. Good sized backyard, easy freeway access, and lots of nearby shopping. I am in the process or remodeling my main bathroom (new vanity and floors).
