Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my apartment in Sheridan, IN (Hamilton County). My current roommate is moving out due to personal circumstances, so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot.

📍 About the Apartment:
• 2 bed / 1 bath (you’d get your own bedroom)
• Cozy, safe neighborhood
• Rent: $1,400 total ($700 each)
• Utilities split evenly
• Available starting October 1st
• Lease expires June 30, 2026 with the option to renew

Hi! I’m Kenzie, I’m 20. I attend college online and love spending time with friends, trying new things, and making the most out of life.

Weekdays:
You’ll usually catch me nannying Monday–Friday, sneaking in a Solidcore class, or looking for something good to watch on Netflix. I like to keep the weekdays calm, organized, and stress-free.

Weekends:
Most weekends you can find me at Purdue hanging with friends & boyfriend, tailgating during football season, or planning my next vacation. In the summer, I’m probably at a country concert. I’m social and love to have fun but still appreciate a cozy, comfortable home to come back to.
