Living in a three bed two and a half bath house in Independence, OR. Has a huge yard and a nice kitchen, any animals have to be service or emotional support animals. I like to be very clean and independent so everyone cleans up after themselves and uses their own stuff. We all communicate a lot so that no issues fester and we are down to hang out if everyone likes.

House is 5 minutes from Western Oregon University. Currently has two students but looking for a third. There is one animal and any other animals have to be service or support animals because of the lease. We all like to communicate so no issues arise and we all clean up after ourselves and use our own things so that no one is buying stuff and then having it eaten or something. One resident will be moving out after next school year.
