Sublease Silverbrooke Apartments

I am looking for someone to sublet my side of an apartment. I have two roommates who live on in the other room, quiet, keep to themselves type of people they do have two cats. Due to a family emergency I have to find someone to take over my portion. I pay 750 a month. These are new construction apartments at silverbrooke apartments, we are the first tenants. The last of this floorplan available, you would have: free parking (first come first serve which i have never had a problem parking in front of my building) brand new appliances, a walk-in closet with installed shelving. A large shower and double sinks. The complex is incredibly nice and the staff are the best leasing office I have ever been with. Move in date can be flexible I’m shooting for at least a month from now.
