Hi! My name is Liv, and I am looking to move to NYC in February-March. I am looking for 1-2 roommates and would like to keep the budget around $1,300, though I am willing to be flexible! I am ideally looking for a 6-12 month lease as well. As for the area I am not too picky, but would prefer to stick to downtown Manhattan!

About me: I am 21 years old and from the Hudson Valley, NY. I am a student at Drexel University, majoring in design and merchandising and am graduating this semester online. I work remotely for an eCommerce brand based in NYC, which will most likely be a hybrid position when I move and plan to attend grad school in NYC in the fall. I previously lived in Brooklyn for a year and a half during the pandemic, and am so excited to be back! I would say I’m a very chill person that is always down to be adventurous and go out, but can definitely appreciate nights in as well. I would love to be friends with my roommates and explore the city together! Btw I am also fully vaxed (getting boosted this week), 420, and LGBTQ friendly! My general hobbies include fashion, music, photography, working out, anything nature related, trying new foods, and traveling. I also love animals so I would consider myself pet friendly. I am a clean person as well and like to keep a clean apartment while respecting my roommates’ space!
