- Has an engineering degree but trying to become a doctor
- Gym/food/music/theatre/art enthusiast
- Drinks alcohol on occasions
- Does not smoke/use drugs
- Sings in the shower often

About my ideal apartment:

Strongly preferred
- Located in midtown east/upper east
- Laundry facilities in-unit/in the building
- Air-conditioning
- Parking space
- Good sound insulation from the outside and between rooms

Would be nice with
- Nice/modern interior design
- Nice view
- Gym
- Nice kitchen with a gas range
