It’s just myself, the property owner, living here. I work 1st shift 40/week, enjoy playing and listening to music, and largely keep to myself. There are currently no pets here, but a cat just recently moved out, in case you have severe allergies. I’d be ok with a cat or a calmer dog moving in… As long as there’s no major damage, mess, or odor. I was doubtful, but was told by a person whose opinion I respect that I should add this: My relationships are ENM. It would be likely that at some point you would meet one or more of my partners, who do already know about each other. I will add that there will be no romantic connections with anybody I find on this site.

Nice room (a little bigger than 10 feet x 11 feet) with large closet (45“x53“) in a beautiful 115 year old house just a few blocks from downtown Newark. Bedroom windows have blackout curtains installed, which can be removed upon request. All utilities and internet included. One driveway space available (in photos) and ample additional street parking. Shared access to common spaces including kitchen with induction stove and other recently upgraded appliances, 2 bathrooms, basement with washer/dryer, and living and dining rooms. Some space for storage in basement/garage may be available as well. The house does have a security system, you would be shown all camera locations and choose or be given an entry code.
