Just moved into a new condo - it's stunning with an amazing view, right down in East Bayfront area of Queen's Quay. I've traveled extensively, and made great progress this last year learning Spanish while living and working remotely in Latinoamerica. I look and act much younger than my chronological age. I'm very inclusive, thoughtful, resourceful, helpful. I think I do better at sharing space than being alone - if my house mate is up for teaming up for cooking, cleaning, exercise, and conversation. I really like quiet when I'm trying to sleep or relax. To be great roommate you've gotta be pretty tuned in to the other people in your space, and both considerate and reciprocal.

After putting my deposit down in December 2011, I finally got my new condo in July 2019!!! I'm looking to have someone use the enclosed den as a bedroom - it's 60 sq feet - to share the expense, enjoy conversations, healthy, minimalist living, and fitness activities. Best for a quiet, respectful professional woman who travels a lot, and wants a safe, attractive place to live. Bus to Union Station (and UP Express to the airport) right outside the door - or rush hour shuttle with our building's van! Amazing, brand new amenities, one block from a big Loblaws.
