A Quiet neighborhood four bedroom two bath home in Reseda. Our previous roommate whom is female lived here for over a year has chosen to move in with her partner.
If you're an Artist or Cosplayer, this is a extra fun place to be. We are two special effects artist and one chef. We work from home so you'll see movie/TV props from shows or small projects in the middle of construction. We are respectful of each others space and privacy and do our best to make it a comfortable environment for each other.
We all participate in house chores. There's a large living room and dinning room. A large kitchen to accommodate four people using it. The house is fully furnished, but we can make room if you need it. The room available is 10x10. There's central air. Trash pick up is every Thursday. There's only one pet on the premieres a cat, but she's and indoor outdoor cat. We have a back yard and onsite laundry, a couple of fruit trees, if you're into growing your own food, we have a section of yard that could be cultivated if you want the space.
Your portion of the rent is $757 utilities are roughly $30 a person give or take the month LADWP is due. Rent is due by the first. Plenty of street parking in this residential area.
Ultimately we would like to have someone committed to a year lease and one who can move in by September or mid September. This room still has a few items left and is currently painted, these will be fixed prior to you moving in.
We're looking for someone who doesn't have pets, no criminal record the landlord will do a background check.
