Hey! My Fiancée and I are looking for a roommate! We have a basement that’s available the size of an apartment. It has 1 room down there with a good sized closet and a living room space with a couch and TV already provided. There is also a big unfinished space in the basement if you need more room for things. We have a small fenced in backyard that you can access from the basement door with patio furniture. There is a separate entry to the basement space going around the house to the back.
The bathroom and kitchen are upstairs in the main house. We are a pretty clean quiet modern household and we have 4 cats.
