Looking for a roommate in the Nashville/Berry Hill area with similar interests. I have a few things I am looking for in a roommate.
I'd like someone that is laid back and has a work schedule like mine. Pretty much anyone that works durring the week and is free on weekends or at least doesn't mind guests staying over Friday and Saturday nights is a huge plus.
Smoking outside only please I don't want the house to smell.... We have a garage so feel free to take advantage of that
There is a Roomba so no need to worry about cleaning your room unless you have thick carpets. I run it once or twice a week.
This is a house so some reasonable maintenance every week or so inside and out will be split between us and it's a very reasonable yard so not too much to worry about.
There is a 2 car garage for parking. I'd say first come first serve on that.
No pets, Children, or any responsibly that I or any roommate will have to be responsible for in your absence. I try to be as reasonable as I can on this. But pretty much as long as we keep to ourselves we should be good.
