House is Located very close to I-35 and 183 in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Wal-Mart, 99 Ranch Asian Grocery Store, Walgreens, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Furniture Stores, Train Station, Bus Stop.
Security Deposit - $350 refundable full amount if all utility bills are paid and room is left clean as the day you moved in, keys returned etc.
Utilities are shared between 2 occupants total, which range from $80-$120 a month each
High Speed Internet is $35 a month for high speed gaming and streaming
Private room has plenty of sunlight and includes desk, elevated queen mattress, and chair. Can be removed if requested.
Housing includes shared living room with television, space available in kitchen/Dining area for your furniture. Washer hookup available. Dryer is included. The bathroom is kept very neat.
