I am a 53yo male I am home a lot and am disabled. My disability does not require any assistance so dont worry it wont come up. I spend my time on computer or I am building some sort of electronics my profession before i became disabled was in automotive and heavy equipment fields as a tech. im good with my hands and can fix almost anything.. i am mostly in a good mood dont care for drama or arguing I am usually quiet but have my moments .One of the results of my disability is that my speech is low keyed. I dont have a lot of company i dont drink or smoke but dont mind if you do . im 420 friendly .Just looking for somebody male or female who wants to share the rent make a friend and live with few problems as possible.

CASA MARIBELA APTS

Is a gated community apartments The neighbors are friendly I have lived here for over two years and have not had a negative experience of any sorts. The A/C works great and for the most part its quiet around here. There is a pool and hot tub but has been closed due to Covid . There are two laundry rooms. I have cox internet that works great. I am in an upstairs unit and the room is unfurnished size is 10' x 13' and has tile flooring a small walk in closet/storage space. Apartment is tile throughout People here are good people I imagine there are some bad ones but i have not had a problem with people or crime and do not see police cars out here ever. Located right across the street from St simon and jude cathedral catholic church.
