Looking for one roommate for 1 bedroom available in sunny 2 bedroom on May 1!

My roommate is moving out of our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located in the Inner Richmond district area. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful and gainfully employed to take her place starting May 1st!

About the apartment:
- Newly renovated with a big kitchen and stainless-steel appliances
- Sunny living room with large window
- Shared backyard/open space outdoor area
- Washer/dryer on site (coin operated)
- Located on the corner of 18th and Clement street, down the street from the YMCA gym
- Walking distance from tons of restaurants (Fiorella!), Walgreens is around the corner and Safeway is about 10 blocks away
- Less than 5-minute walk to the following bus lines to the FiDi- 1AX, 1BX, 1, 38AX, 38BX, 31AX, 38, 38R

About the room:
- Large enough to fit a Queen bed
- Large closet and window
- Unfurnished
- Comes with a shared parking spot (street parking also available)

About Me:
- 27-year old working full time in the Public Relations industry downtown
- Originally from Santa Cruz and moved to SF after college at Chico State
- I am pretty low key during the week. Typically, I am out of the apartment by 8AM, and home after 6PM. I usually go to the gym at night, make dinner, watch TV, and on occasion meet up with friends for happy hour.
- On the weekends, I love doing anything outside, go shopping or escape the city to go hiking, to wine country, etc. I usually go out with friends one night on the weekend for dinner/drinks, but never bring the party home.

About You:
- Girl in your 20's
- Clean, respectful of the common areas and doesn’t bring the party home
- Generally low key during the week
- Likes to have fun on the weekends, has their own friends and likes to do their own thing, but on occasion do things together (aka watch The Bachelor)

Details:
- May 1st move-in date
- Rent = $1,475 per month (includes shared parking)
- Move in cost = 2,950 (first and last months rent)
- Utilities/cable (usually ~$70 total per month)
