Roommate Needed!

We are looking for someone to sign the lease starting August 1st for a room in our apartment in Midwood, Brooklyn. The neighborhood is very safe, and the building is family-friendly. There is a large living area and kitchen and one shared bathroom. The bedroom available can fit a king-sized bed and has 3 spacious closets for probably more storage than most apartments have in their entirety for the area. The furniture in the pictures is for sale if interested, prices negotiable. There is a dishwasher in the apartment and laundry in the building. It is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator in the building. Highlights from the apartment:

We are two grad students in the process of receiving our Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies so we are looking for someone who is fairly quiet and clean since our lives consist mostly of eating, sleeping, and studying (I know, thrilling). We rarely, if ever, have people over so if you’re into hosting parties we may not be the best fit.
