I just moved to this side of town from out of state for work. I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, watching movies, meditating, listening to music and gardening.
I have 2 cats , (not with me now, but my sister will be dropping them for me in the next couple months).I enjoy an occasional wine here and there but not a heavy drinker or partier. I do not smoke and prefer a non- smoker. I am OCD and particular about cleanliness/neatness & organization so would prefer someone whose is clean , picks up after themselves without being asked to.
Also , no overnight guests. Let's live in a mutual, respectful environment.

Hey there,
I have a spare room available for rent. It's on the ground level. It is unfurnished , and carpeted. Has it's own private bathroom and your own entry to the room/bathroom. The apartment is in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and it is a gated community.
The rent includes internet, electricity, gas. If you want a private covered parking spot , its $45/month or you can choose to park in the open uncovered spots.
There is a $ 500 deposit for renting the room.
I also require rental history and/or references.
I'd prefer a non-smoker. And someone who is mature, responsible and picks up after themselves.
*PS: Just moved from out of state , still yet to furnish the rest of the common areas. You are welcome to bring your stuff if you have any.
