From my many past experiences living with roommates, I am comfortable in resolving conflict maturely, if the other person compromises as well. I make shared agreements in the beginning, such as: chores, quiet hours, friends over, conflict resolution. I prefer doing chores once every week or bi-weekly. I believe that quiet hours should start at 9pm on weeknights. Friends over is nice, but not all the time. I enjoy cooking, so I’ll probs be in the kitchen a lot. I wash my dishes as frequent as possible. I usually like to be in the living room, in which my bedroom is for sleep or ”other things”. With that being said, I am still flexible. Additionally, I like to create calming spaces. Think unscented candles, maybe incense. I value conversation, while also appreciating silence. So I won’t trap you and talk your ear off.
