$700/mo (not including utilities; utilities will probably come out to ~$80 a month for wifi, electric and gas) 1 bedroom with a very large closet! All common spaces are fully furnished, kitchen is a little small, but theres a gas stove, large fridge, microwave, instant pot, air frier and various other kitchen appliances that you can use (: Tons of natural light in this place! It’s also on a dead end street so its pretty quiet. I have a cat and a few other pets (invertebrates and reptiles), so I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful (also no other pets ): sorry).
