Roommate wanted starting January 1, 2026. House is furnished and I have everything needed for the kitchen as well. House is new and in a great and quiet neighborhood in the Victorville area. I’m looking for someone quiet and responsible, who is drug/crime free. House has a home gym and some storage space in the second garage available, giant backyard, pool, BBQx2, WiFi, multiple TVs, all kitchen accessories needed, and many more perks. All bills from the house are included in the rent (water, electric, trash, gas, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Ideal roommate situation would be somebody who is quiet and doesn’t have guests very often, but I’m hoping to discussing other options as well.
