Hi! I’m Kat, I’m moving out of Miami May 20th, 2026. I am looking for someone to replace me in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. I shared a bathroom with one other female roommate (clean). Both roommates are 27yo women, preferably looking for another woman to room with. My room is obviously fully furnished but since I'll be moving to Chicago, I'm not intent on keeping the furniture so willing to sell it to you or elsewhere if you want the room unfurnished. Earliest move-in date can be as early as May 20th (prorated rent) or June 1, 2026. The roommates are relatively clean (not over the top clean freaks but also not dirty), enjoy partying on the weekends, and are very kind and willing to make friends. They do like to keep the apartment warm at least 74F, sometimes as high as 77F. Not sure if this is something they're willing to compromise on so if it bothers you, please let me know and I can discuss with them further. Parking is available for an added cost (min. $150/mo). I actually have free parking right now so if you let me know you're moving in before May 19th, I can secretly give you my sticker and hopefully you won't be charged monthly.
