Hello! My landlords are moving back into the property I’ve been renting, so I’m looking for a new place. I work from home in Quality Assurance for a Telecommunications company, but you won’t have to keep the place quiet for me, they’re pre-recorded calls and most of my work is completed earlier in the day, so I’m not home 24/7.
I’m type-A when it comes to keeping things clean & organized, and prefer chore charts and clear communication over pretending a mess or other issue doesn’t bother us until we pop! lol I am an explorer and spend many summer weekends traveling up north to beat the heat, or getting out of the house to find something fun to do. I would be open to renting a 2bed/2bath apartment with someone also looking for a place, or finding a decent room (preferably with a private bath) in a safe area.
