Renting a room for $825 deposit is $400 month to month shared bathroom with another tenant once they move in I currently have 2 spare rooms to rent that normally share the hallway bathroom when they are both rented out we are looking for someone that works and keeps to themselves is respectful and clean and responsible no overnight guest as we do have a toddler so I like to know who’s in my home and rather keep that to a minimum for safety. You are welcome to our kitchen for light cooking and can use our appliances in there as long as you gentle with them and clean them and return them to their place after use.
