I am a professional meticulously clean male looking to rent a private room in a clean apartment. I'd like to live in Queens, Manhattan, or Brooklyn. I would like access to a kitchen as I like to cook my own meals. I will need WiFi & Internet in the apartment.... included in the rent would be great but not a necessity.
I am not a smoker, drinker, or take drugs. I always pay my bills on time and can prove with bank statements, pay stubs, or anything else you might need to vet me. I would like to live with someone middle-aged or an older professional like myself. Thank you.
