Looking for roommate in beautiful, newly-renovated apartment! July is FREE

Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take my spot in a beautiful, newly-renovated apartment on the upper west side/ edge of Harlem. The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up, and is located 5 blocks from Columbia and a few blocks from the 1, A, B, C, and D trains. The room is warm and well-lit due to a large window and eco-friendly lighting. There are two huge closets for lots of storage. A full or queen-size bed could fit in the room. The Internet is already set up and is $26 per person per month. Heat is included, and utilities (gas and electric) are usually around $60 per person per month. The lease runs from January to end of July, and July is free!

My roommate is a young professional who will be starting her master’s part-time next semester. She is clean, friendly, and likes the apartment to feel like home. She also has a kitten who stays in her room while she is at work and plays in the common area when my roommate is home. Guests are welcome, but she would prefer no parties in the apartment.

To move in, you will need to provide one month’s rent (prorated), a security deposit of $1200, and an application.
