Samuel H - $1,800/month

Hey all, I'm Sam Howard, I recently graduated from Penn State and I'm moving to the city to work in the NFL league office.

I'm living with a friend from college, Michael Swope. We are looking for a 3rd person to help bring rent down. We're both from outside of Philly, big-time sports fans. Always down to go out on the weekends, we work 9-5 during the week. We're clean and respectful of personal space.

Location: Preferably Manhatten but willing to expand

Budget: $1800 per person

Date: Before July 15 (We start work July 17)

Lease Duration: 6 months to 1 year - My job only lasts from July to January and then the company decides if they want to keep me or not. Michael's job is for the full year. So ideally we'd like to find a place that offers 6 months with the opportunity to extend or a year-long that allows sublets in the event I have to leave.
