Hi! I’m a teacher in Downtown Brooklyn. I’m open to different neighborhoods, especially ones with a manageable commute. I’ve been looking primarily in areas such as Sunset Park, Kensington, and Park Slope, but I would be open to other options.

I’m clean, quiet, and usually stay within my room. I don’t smoke and don’t drink, and I’ve never caused any trouble within an apartment. I have one cat, so I’m ideally looking for a pet-friendly space. He’s very friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with him with any of my past roommates.

It would be great to have laundry in-unit or in the building, and while a dishwasher isn’t essential, it’s definitely a bonus.
