Looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn. Available starting September 15th for a 1-year lease for 1300+utilities a month(heat and water included).

About the Apartment:
The room is on a third floor walk-up. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove. There’s in-building laundry for convenience, a shared courtyard for some outdoor space, and additional storage is included. The building is less than a 5 minute walk to the F and G trains at Church Ave, with easy access to the B and Q lines as well.

About Me:
I’m neat, respectful, and quiet, 24 year old male. I have a friendly cat (I’ve never had problems with him with any of my previous roommates or their pets), don’t smoke or drink (totally fine if you drink, just no drugs or smoking in the apartment). I’m not overly social and prefer a peaceful, clean living space. Looking for someone similar who’s responsible, tidy, and communicative.
