One room available in an awesome 3rd floor apartment in Southie, available for either September 15 or October 1 move-in!

This is my favorite apartment I've ever lived in - I hope the photos I took will do it justice, here are the details:

-Incredible location 3 mins walk from the beach, and 5-10 mins from various bars, restaurants, and parks
-Elevator access and lots of storage space
-Front balcony with views of the water and our street, and a small private back deck
-Beautiful modern design and spacious living room
-Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, disposal, and island with bar seats
-Private laundry room with washer, dryer, and more storage space
-Central heat and air conditioning

The numbers:
Your portion of the rent would be $1800/month.
My portion is $2600/month due to the larger room and use of the parking spot.
The total is $4400/month.

Electricity and internet altogether comes out to about $250/month each.
