Hi, I'm Emerald.
Looking for a 20s-30s roommate who is open minded, tidy, and chill. I work freelance in video production and digital media, as well as a few other side hustles that keep me busy. Under normal circumstances, I travel often for work so you would occasionally get the apartment to yourself. Like everyone else, I am currently working from home, but otherwise I'm not one to laze around the apartment much - I like to get out and stay active and busy.
Interests include camping, gardening, fitness, comedy, and literally anything whatsoever relating to learning about, preparing, and consuming food, wine, cocktails, etc. (possibly a little too obsessed with food…)
I have a 25lb, 7 year old dog. He is extremely well behaved and cuddly (also does not bark at all). Perfect for someone who loves dogs but maybe hasn't had the ability to have one of their own - all the perks without the responsibility! Unfortunately I cannot have any more pets in the apartment.

Impeccable newly renovated apartment with designer and original mid-century modern furnishings. Marcy JM, Lorimer L, less than half a mile to the Williamsburg Bridge pedestrian and bike paths.
Large 2bd/1ba apartment is the entire bottom floor of a newly renovated townhouse - so much more spacious and "homey" feeling than you will find in most of New York. It has a private yard with garden and hammock, brand new washer and dryer in unit, full sized kitchen with breakfast bar open to the large living room and a dining room that seats up to 6.
Bedroom is 8ft wide by 16ft long - can easily fit a queen sized bed, nightstands, and full dresser with room to spare. Good sized closet in the bedroom with some space in a shared coat/ storage closet. Has large window looking into quiet backyard.
Normal tidying and cleaning will be shared responsibility, but I like to hire someone once a month to do a deep clean. The apartment comes with a fully furnished with original mid-century modern and designer furnishings, no typical roommate cheap ikea furnishings.
Available now. Sublease is month-to-month with a 3 month minimum, but ideally looking for someone who plans to stay long term. Owners require credit and background check and proof of income.
