I'm on the lookout for a roommate to move into a flexed room of my 1b1b in Downtown Brooklyn - I have been living for a year, and the place is ideal(location, safety, transit *esp. for NYU ppl*, groceries, etc.), so I decided to renew my lease. My current roommate just graduated and plans to move out on 8.10.

Me as a roommate(and what I expect from you :)):
- 100% muted after late hours (I'm a night owl, but let's stay up in peace..)
- let's keep our shared space clean!
- good at respecting personal boundaries - always down to deep conversations and getting to know you tho!
- I have to focus quite a lot on grad school applications next semester, so it'd be great if you also prioritize working/studying.
