Hello, I am a 36 single Filipino male, looking for a room to rent. I work full time security at night and sleep during the day; I do not smoke cigarettes, don't drink by myself and not into getting high with any type of drug. I'm also a US navy non-combat veteran, I served for 5 years and got deployed twice. Never seen combat, no psychological trauma.

Things I am scared about and things I have questions to: I'm scared of theft; will I be able to lock the room I am staying in from in and outside of it? Car theft; will my car be safe in that area? Proper notifications, scared to get kicked out, out of nowhere; will I get proper notifications to moveout at least 2-3 weeks in advance?
