Me and my Hubby are looking for a roommate (or two depending) to live with us in a 3B2B apartment. I would like to use 2 of the 3 bedroom because i am very artsy and I also work from home so I need a desk area. I travel a lot on the weekends and my partner stays home. I have two dogs, Ari, border collie lab mix, and Ellie, a dachshund. Although I love cats, so very much, my dog Ellie canton stand them so unfortunately I can’t have anyone with cats but dogs are welcome. Only one though because most complexes have a 2 dog policy but Ellie is also a service dog so she doesn’t count. The rent will most likely be split 1/3 and my and my partner taking over 2/3 of it since we’ll be using double the rooms as well as the master. The other bedroom with a private bath will be the room we are renting out. We have not found a place yet, we are trying to see if a roommate will work out or if we’ll be renting by ourselves but we are open to pretty much anything. Looking to live anywhere around Alpharetta, preferably Woodstock or Roswell.
