Seeking a roommate for 11/1 move in, one bedroom in our three bedroom brownstone duplex!
We love this apartment - it truly feels like a home in a way many NYC apartments do not. It's super spacious, has a private back yard, large kitchen/living area, and is on a lovely block. It also has in-unit laundry (!!) and lots of storage space.
The room itself has a nice big window into the back yard & ample closet space.
We are two women in our late twenties working in journalism & city government. Looking for someone reliable, kind, and clean to join this lovely home we have!
