Hello! I am seeking a housemate in my two-story 3 bed/2.5bath home located near/walking distance to Marietta Square at the beginning of April. There is one unfurnished room available with your own private bathroom. The remaining 3rd bedroom is an office space for you to put your desk, crafting station, art area, or extra storage space. The half bath is located downstairs. You'd have access to all of the common spaces -- they're all furnished, but there is some room for a little more if you have a few items! There is a really nice deck and front porch -- perfect for sitting outside and soaking up the sun or watching the neighbors walk their dogs.

This is a prime location, being just a 15 minute walk to the Square, a 1-ish mile drive to the Marietta KSU campus, and a few miles from 75. Great for a student or professional! The neighborhood is really sweet, it's perfect to walk around in the evenings. There's also a colony of stray cats hanging around the area at all times!
