Available Room for Rent

Looking for two new roommates to help pay the rent. Move-in is available immediately. (Couples will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rent is priced by room, utilities are priced by the amount of people.)

Right in between ASU Tempe Campus and Downtown Scottsdale. Also close to the 101, 202, Downtown Tempe, Tempe Town Lake and Old Town Scottsdale!

Includes: Spacious carport and large driveway enough to fit four cars, plus street parking. Kitchen includes all appliances. Ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer in detached laundry room off carport, which includes extra storage space as well. Large grass backyard with covered patio.

Two rooms available, each room comes with an optional twin bed. We also have some additional furnishings (desk, chairs, a nightstand, etc.) that you can either keep in your room or we can put into storage. The rest of the house is furnished.

Currently the place is occupied by myself and my partner, as well as our very cuddly puppy and our friendly, extremely docile snake (and we will never try to force you to see her if you don’t care for snakes—we’re not jerks). I am a 22-year-old professional and my partner is a 22-year-old undergrad at ASU. We are both friendly, open-minded, and respectful of our shared space. We can both be pretty big introverts sometimes, so it’s nothing personal if we spend a lot of time in our room.

No additional dogs or cats, but other smaller pets that can stay in your room the majority of the time are welcome!

Our lease will be done in June of 2025 and we are looking for folks who can commit to that amount of time.

Rent: $800 plus utilities
