Im looking to sublet my room starting October 15th. Lease goes through June but you will have the option to renew. I will pay October rent, so FREE FEW WEEKS WOO
You will be living with a 30 year old female professional who I adore and have been living with for 3 years. She is super fun, clean, great cook and overall great person.
The room can come completely furnished or empty or you can pick and choose what you want to keep ( bed, ac unit etc) Its a little pricey but its beyond worth it. w/d in basement, gym, elevator, doorman, multiple roof tops with 360 views ( my favorite part), never seen a mouse!, heart of east village for food/bars
I am move to Boston the 15th so please let me know if you want to see it! Happy to accommodate any date or time :)
